Ingredients :
30ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar syrup
120ml Milk
5g Activtaed charcoal powder
Pinch of sea salt
Splash soda water
White tapioca balls
Method :
Add ingredients in a shaker
Shake and strain into a glass
Garnish with tapioca balls, dehydrated orange peel, cloves
and sprinkle with sea salt.
