Ingredients :
30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Mojito syrup
50ml White rum
7 Basil leaves
5 Mint leaves
5 Lime wedges
Soda water
Method :
Muddle basil, mint, lime wedge in a glass.
Add syrup, rum and crushed ice, top up with soda and stir.
Garnish with wasabi mint foam, mint sprig, and berry skewer.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
